About the event
Our second field trip will take place on April 21 from 11:00 AM–1:30 PM at the Duwamish Longhouse and Cultural Center. This experience includes an easy walking tour of “Hallowed Ground,” presented by the Duwamish Alive Coalition, highlighting Duwamish River history, tribal culture, and environmental significance.
Lunch will be provided. This field trip is open to the broader community, and youth are also welcome to attend. Transportation will be provided from the Columbia City Theater to the Longhouse and back. Space is limited to 10 participants. A sign-up link will be shared shortly.
